My visit to Cranford Opticians was very pleasant due to the welcoming and accommodating staff who helped me pick the perfect frames that really suited my face (according to my friends!). The initial test was quick and easy which meant I had lots of time to browse through the frame selection. I have been wearing glasses for 50 years. Usually, I buy from the main high street brands. On this occasion, I tried Cranford Options for the first time. I bought 2 pairs and I was so surprised with my glasses because normally it takes about 2 weeks to get used to the new lens. With these glasses, they were so comfortable and easy on my eyes immediately. My 13 years old son and I were both due to have an eye test and during the Easter school holidays, we booked at Cranford Opticians.

Shivani was very thorough from the initial phone consultation, during which she asked several important questions about my and my son's health and vision.

Then, she followed up with instructions on how to get to the practice and about the parking options nearby.

Covid-safety in the practice was very careful, patients could only access by appointment and safety distances were held at all times.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and the customer service was excellent all through the visit.

We will definitely come back for our next check-ups and when we need to buy contact lenses, prescriptions and sunglasses.

I have been a spectacle wearer for 30 plus years, and have been through half a dozen opticians and many pairs of specs… but I have never before had the great service that I have come to expect from Nila and her team at Cranford Opticians! Just brilliant, they make you comfortable and relaxed from the start, tests are very thorough and explained all the way through, and great choice of frames. And of course, any aftercare needed? no problem…I'm a photographer, so my vision is my livelihood, literally, and I would not now trust it with anyone else.
